Jimmy a smart crook gets his friend Jaipal involved in a big fraud and to save him from the police sends him to Singapore, promising to take care of his wife Savitri and his two sons Suraj and Vijay but he betrays the trust and tells Savitri that Jaipal and Suraj died in a car accident. Savitri believes this and goes into seclusion. He keeps Suraj with him for future guarantee and going to Singapore informs Jaipal that his family perished in a car accident. Jaipal is heartbroken and decides to settle there.

The years pass and Jaipal has become a rich man and regularly sends Jimmy his share, who has brought up Suraj to control his crime empire. Vijay is a police officer new and when the police comes to know that Jaipal was alive in Singapore, he is sent to bring him back. Jimmy becomes aware of this and sends Suraj to kill Jaipal if he is arrested so that the secrets of the past remain locked.

The brothers come to Singapore and both fall in love with Renu, the daughter of Jaipal's dead friend. The deadly game of various adventures start but Vijay somehow arrests Jaipal and brings him back to India only to find out from his mother that Jaipal was his father.

Jimmy is bent upon destroying Jaipal with the help of Suraj and for the final act brother stands against brother and friend against friend.
